Energia Yuga is an industry partner of the federal "Professionalitet" project in the Volgograd region. The company is part of the educational and production cluster focused on the design and construction of energy facilities.

Energia Yuga participates in shaping the social order for the training of skilled workers, determines the composition and content of relevant labor skills for graduates in specialized fields, assists students with internships and practical training, and contributes to the development of digital teaching materials and educational infrastructure.

The regional educational and production cluster operates on the basis of the Volgograd State Agrarian University. Today, the university hosted the "Professionalitet" project's Unified Open Doors Day, where guests learned about university admission requirements, areas of study, and employment prospects. At the interactive platform of the Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering, Energia Yuga demonstrated the design and functionality of its mobile electrical laboratory.
