Energia Yuga is a participant in the national project "Labor Productivity" and was a guest at the key event for sharing best practices in lean production — the VII Federal Forum "Productivity 360". The central event of the first day was the plenary session "A New Economic Structure Through the Lens of Labor Productivity," featuring heads of relevant ministries and departments. The main topic of discussion was increasing labor productivity in the context of historically low unemployment levels.

Forum guests learned about changes in employment structure, the formation of a supply-side economy, universal tools for improving efficiency, and were introduced to best practices from leading companies and experts. Special attention was given to automation and cost reduction. In an environment of high competition and the need to accelerate production and reduce costs, the automation of technological and business processes has become a key factor in boosting labor productivity.
